Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

Who we are

This store is operated by Mohamed Hossam Studio Ltd, trading as PrintCraft 360 UK, 46 Dale Road, Plymouth PL4 6PA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@mo360immersivestudio.co.uk. References to 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean PrintCraft 360 UK.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil your order - for example because an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred - we will tell you promptly and refund any payment in full.

Personalised products

Many of our products are printed with text you supply. By placing a personalised order you confirm that the details you have entered are correct, including spelling, capitalisation, dates and punctuation - your item is printed exactly as typed - and that you have the right to use any name, wording or content you submit, and that it does not infringe anyone else's trade mark, copyright or other rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any personalisation request that is offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, or that we reasonably believe infringes a third party's rights. If we cancel an order on these grounds we will refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Our products are printed to order, so please allow production time in addition to delivery time. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel or return an order, including the position on personalised goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written consent. You keep ownership of any content you submit for personalisation, and you grant us permission to use it solely to produce and deliver your order.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email info@mo360immersivestudio.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right. If we cannot resolve matters between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or seek guidance from Citizens Advice.
